ENplus A1 Premium Wood Pellets are high-grade wood fuel pellets for domestic and commercial pellet boilers. The ENplus A1 standard (ISO 17225-2) sets strict requirements: ash content ≤0.7%, moisture ≤10%, calorific value ≥16.5 MJ/kg, mechanical durability ≥97.5%. Produced from debarked wood waste (sawdust, wood chips) without chemical binders — the lignin naturally present in wood acts as a natural glue during pressing in the pellet mill. Diameter 6 mm, length 10–25 mm. White color. ENplus certification controls quality throughout the entire chain from production to consumer. Audits are conducted by DEPI (German Pellet Institute). For export to the EU, additional forest certification (FSC, SBP, or PEFC) is required. The carbon neutrality of pellets makes them an alternative to gas, coal, and firewood. Automatic fuel feeding in pellet boilers minimizes human involvement. Packaging: 15 kg bags, 1-ton big bags, bulk. Production process: raw material reception (sawdust, chips) → drying in a drum dryer to 10–12% → grinding in a hammer mill → steam conditioning → pressing in a pellet mill die (hole diameter 6 mm, temperature 80–90°C) → cooling → screening → packaging. Quality control per ENplus: sampling every 500 tons, laboratory analysis of ash content, moisture, mechanical durability, calorific value. Independent audit — annually.
