Wheat bakery flour is a basic product of the milling industry, produced in strict accordance with GOST 26574-2017. It is intended for baking bread, bakery products, production of confectionery products, making dumplings, dumplings, pancakes, pies, puff pastry and yeast dough. Quality indicators: whiteness 36–57 units, mass fraction of gluten 28–30%, IDK (gluten deformation index) 70–90 units, moisture content no more than 13%. The flour is packaged in polypropylene bags of 50 kg, shipment in big bags (MKR) of 1000 kg is also available. Minimum shipment batch — from 20 tons. Delivery is carried out by road and rail transport throughout Russia, to EAEU countries (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia), as well as for export to CIS countries, Middle East and Asia. Full package of accompanying documentation for export shipments: certificate of conformity, declaration of conformity TR TS, phytosanitary certificate, cargo transport invoice.
