Vitamin-mineral premixes are concentrated mixtures of vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, and biologically active substances on a carrier (bran, chalk, limestone). They are added to compound feed at a dosage of 0.5–2% to balance the diet. The composition is tailored to species and age group: broilers, layers, fattening pigs, dairy cows, calves. Vitamins A, D3, E, K3, B group. Trace elements: Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co, I, Se. Manufactured according to GMP standards. Packaging: 25 kg bags, boxes. Premix production: dosing microcomponents (vitamins, trace elements, amino acids) on scales with ±0.1% accuracy → mixing in a V-shaped or ribbon mixer for 10–15 min → packaging in multi-layer paper bags with polyethylene liner (protection from moisture and light). Vitamins lose activity during storage: A — 3–5% per month, E — 1–2%, B-complex — stable. Protective coating (coating) of vitamin A extends stability to 12 months. Trace elements: chelated forms (glycinates, proteinates) are absorbed 30–40% better than inorganic ones. Storage: dark cool warehouses (≤20°C), humidity ≤60%. Shelf life 6–12 months. Documentation: quality certificate, registration certificate of feed additive. Storage: dry ventilated warehouses, temperature and humidity control. Products undergo incoming quality control for each batch. Test reports from accredited laboratories. Shipment: road transport, railway wagons, 20/40 ft containers. Minimum order quantity is agreed individually. Export supplies to EAEU countries, China, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia. Flexible payment terms: prepayment, letter of credit, CAD (documents against payment). Logistics: port terminals of Novorossiysk, Rostov, Azov — for vessel shipments. Container terminals of Moscow, Yekaterinburg — for container shipments.
