Applications of unrefined oil: salad dressing, cold sauce preparation, canning, mayonnaise and sauce production, adding to porridge. Not recommended for frying at high temperatures. Technical sunflower oil is a product that has not undergone food refining, used for industrial purposes: production of drying oil, paint and varnish materials, biodiesel, linoleum, soap making, cosmetic industry.
