Chicken table eggs are a basic food product and a key ingredient in the food industry, produced in accordance with GOST 31654-2012 "Chicken Table Eggs. Technical Specifications." Eggs contain complete, easily digestible protein (12.7g per 100g), all essential amino acids, vitamins A, D, E, K, B2, B12, folic acid, and minerals such as selenium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc. Egg categories are determined by weight: SV (highest, 75+ g), SO (selected, 65–74.9 g), C1 (first, 55–64.9 g), C2 (second, 45–54.9 g), C3 (third, 35–44.9 g). White and brown eggs are available. Shipment is made in large wholesale quantities — from a truckload (standard load ~340,000 pieces). Packaging: cardboard trays of 30 pieces, boxes of 360 pieces. Documentation: veterinary certificate, Mercury system, declaration of conformity TR TS 021/2011. Full quality control at the poultry farm.
