Spruce planken is a planed facade board with beveled (15° angle, rhombus) or straight edges. It is installed with a 3-5 mm gap for ventilation and compensation of thermal expansion. Unlike clapboard and blockhouse, it does not have a tongue-and-groove connection - each board is fastened independently, which simplifies the replacement of individual elements. Thickness 20 mm, width 90-140 mm, length 2000-6000 mm. Kiln-dried. Fastening - hidden ('snake') or open. Creates a modern minimalist facade in Scandinavian style. Thermomodification (thermoplanken from thermospruce) is possible to increase bio-resistance and dimensional stability. Application: ventilated curtain wall facade, decorative fence, terrace decking. Grades A, B according to GOST 8242-88. Export documentation: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin. Packaging: shrink film, cardboard corner protectors.
