Spruce Imitation Timber is a wide planed board with a tongue-and-groove profile, visually creating the effect of a wall made of profiled timber. Thickness 16–28 mm, width 135–185 mm, length 2000–6000 mm. Kiln-dried to 10–12% moisture content. Spruce provides a light, even tone and good adhesion for paint and varnish coatings. Installation is performed on a wooden batten (counter-batten) of a ventilated facade with a wind and moisture barrier. Application: external and internal cladding of frame houses, facades, gables, ceilings. For external use, a protective and decorative coating (oil, glaze) with a UV filter is required. Grades A, B, C according to GOST 8242-88. Competes with block house but creates a flat facade instead of a log one. Thickness of 20–28 mm provides sufficient rigidity for external application — the board does not 'play' with temperature fluctuations. Width of 140–185 mm creates a visual effect of a wall made of profiled timber with a cross-section of 140–185 mm at a significantly lower cost and ease of installation. For external use, a three-layer coating system is recommended: primer-antiseptic → intermediate layer → finishing coating with UV filter. Renewal every 5–7 years. Board ends are the most vulnerable point: mandatory sealing with a special compound is required. Export documentation: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin. Packaging: shrink film, cardboard corners.
