Spruce Block House is a planed, profiled board with a convex front surface, imitating a wall made of rounded logs. Thickness 28–45 mm, width 140–190 mm, length 2000–6000 mm. Tongue-and-groove connection. Kiln-dried to 10–12% moisture content. The log-like appearance of the facade is achieved due to the radius of the face rounding. Mounted on a wooden batten with the tongue facing upwards, with a mandatory ventilation gap. Spruce is light-colored, lightweight, with minimal resin content. Grades: Extra, A, B according to GOST 8242-88. Application: exterior cladding of facades for country houses, cottages, saunas, gazebos. Protecting the ends and treatment with oil or glaze extends service life. Thickness of 28–45 mm is significantly greater than that of lining (12.5 mm) and imitation timber (20 mm), providing increased rigidity, better sound insulation, and a more pronounced three-dimensional effect of a log facade. Installation: batten made of 50x50 mm timber with a pitch of 60 cm. Fastening with galvanized self-tapping screws or clips. Mandatory ventilation gap of 30–40 mm between the wall and the cladding for moisture removal. Lengthwise joining via a cover strip or at a 45° angle. Export documentation: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin. Packaging: shrink film, bundles.
