Red Salmon Caviar
Red salmon caviar is a delicacy product made from the roe of Pacific salmon, harvested in the waters of Kamchatka during the autumn fishing season of 2025. The caviar is fresh, lightly salted (salt content 3.5–4.5%), premium quality — uniform grains without burst eggs, natural color, without preservatives (or with minimal content — sorbic acid E200).
