PVC shrink film (sleeve label) is a thin PVC film (40–60 microns) that shrinks 50–70% circumferentially when heated to 90–95°C, tightly conforming to bottles, jars, or containers of any shape. Sleeve labels feature full-color rotogravure printing up to 10 colors, 360° coverage, and adapt to complex container shapes (indentations, recesses). They replace stickers: they do not peel off, offer anti-counterfeiting protection, and can include a tamper-evident band. Materials: PVC (maximum shrinkage, lower cost), PET-G (recyclable, sustainability trend), OPS (polystyrene for promotional labels). Application: sleeve applicator machine (capacity 100–600 bottles/min) → steam or hot air heat tunnel. Format: flat-lay rolls, width 30–350 mm. Sleeve vs. sticker: sleeve covers 360° of the container, conceals complex shapes, protects against counterfeiting, and provides tamper evidence (perforation on the cap). Steam tunnel vs. hot air: steam ensures more uniform shrinkage (for complex shapes), hot air is cheaper for simple bottles. Line speed: 100–600 bottles/min. Documentation: print layout, technical specifications, test shrinkage on a sample container. Quality documentation: quality certificate, TR CU 005/2011, certificate of conformity. Bulk supplies within Russia and for export. Technical consultation available.
