Pickled canned cucumbers are a classic long-shelf-life vegetable product, indispensable in Russian, Eastern European, and German cuisine. Pickled cucumbers are made from fresh gherkins or medium-sized cucumbers through sterilization in a marinade (acetic acid, salt, sugar) with added spices: dill, garlic, horseradish, black pepper, bay leaf, mustard. Available formats: whole cucumbers (gherkins 3–6 cm, cucumbers 6–12 cm), sliced into rounds (for burgers, sandwiches, HoReCa). Premium import — Eggerstoffer (Germany) in 10.2 L glass jars for restaurants and catering. Russian production — GOST, glass jars 350 ml, 680 ml, 1.5 L, 3 L. Application: appetizer, salads (Olivier, vinaigrette), burgers, sandwiches, side dishes, solyanka, rassolnik, tartar. Shelf life: 2–3 years at room temperature.
