Plant waste and pulp are by-products of the food industry used as feedstock for agricultural animals. Beet pulp is a by-product of sugar production (after extracting sugar from beets). It is dried (with 10–14% moisture content) and pelletized. It contains 18–22% fiber, 8–10% protein, and pectins. It is the main bulk feed for cattle and horses. Russia is the largest producer (more than 3 million tons of raw pulp per year). Apple pulp is made from apple pomace (after juice production) for cattle and pigs, and it can be fresh or dried. Brewer's grains come from breweries. Grape pomace is used for feed and fertilizers. GOST 20578-85 “Beet Pulp”. Mercury. Russian-made products. Export documentation includes a veterinary certificate (Mercury), a certificate of origin, and a declaration of conformity. Exports are shipped to China, and the EAEU. Standardization: The content of active substances is confirmed by HPLC and GC-MS protocols. Documentation includes a specification, CoA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and a phytosanitary certificate. Storage conditions: dry, cool warehouses (≤20°C), protected from light. Export destinations: Europe, China, India, Middle East.
