Broiler chicken meat is the most demanded type of poultry meat for food production, retail, and HoReCa. Production is carried out by leading poultry farms in Russia (Sitno, Prioskolie, Miratorg, Cherkizovo), as well as imports from Turkey, Brazil, and China. The range includes a full spectrum of products: whole broiler chicken carcass of 1st grade GOST, boneless breast fillet (the most valuable cut with a protein content of up to 23%), bone-in and boneless thigh, drumstick, wing (whole and 2-phalanx), leg quarter, chicken minced MDM (mechanically deboned meat), offal products (liver, heart, gizzards). A special export item: broiler chicken feet (clawed parts of legs) are a highly demanded product in the Southeast Asian and Chinese markets. All items are available in frozen form (block freezing -18°C, monolithic or IQF) and chilled (on a substrate, vacuum-packed). Packaging: boxes of 10–15 kg.
