Oilfield production chemicals are chemical formulations for the extraction, treatment, and transportation of oil and gas. Demulsifiers break down water-in-oil emulsions at crude oil treatment facilities (e.g., CPF, TPS). Dehydration to residual water content ≤0.5%. Dosage 10–50 g/ton. Corrosion inhibitors are film-forming amines that protect internal pipeline surfaces from H₂S and CO₂ corrosion. Dosage 20–50 g/ton. Scale inhibitors prevent the formation of CaCO₃, BaSO₄, CaSO₄ in wells and pipelines. Asphaltene-Resin-Paraffin (ARP) inhibitors reduce oil viscosity and pour point. Chemical selection is based on laboratory tests on specific crude oil (bottle test for demulsifiers, autoclave test for corrosion inhibitors). Packaging: 200L drums, 1000L IBC totes, tanker trucks. Dosing: skid-mounted dosing units (SDU) with plunger or diaphragm dosing pumps. Flow is controlled automatically based on readings from a water cut meter (for demulsifier) or corrosion meter (for inhibitor). Field lab tests: bottle test (demulsifier), autoclave test (corrosion inhibitor), dynamic tube blocking test (scale inhibitor). Export documentation: MSDS safety data sheet, TDS, laboratory test report, certificate of conformity. Storage: dry, enclosed warehouses, temperature 5–25°C. Supplies within Russia and for export. Certification and technical support.
