Food Grade Oat Bran is a product of oat processing with a high content of beta-glucans (soluble fiber, 8–12%). Beta-glucans reduce cholesterol levels and slow down glucose absorption (confirmed health claim EFSA/FDA). Protein 15–17%, fiber 15–20%, fat 5–7%. Mild taste. Applications: porridge, smoothies, baking, breading, functional nutrition. Packaging: bags 250–500 g, sacks 25 kg. Bran is a by-product of flour milling, consisting of the outer shells of the grain, the aleurone layer, and germ particles. Rich in fiber, B vitamins, minerals (iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium). Dietary fibers normalize gastrointestinal motility, reduce cholesterol levels, and slow down glucose absorption.
