Industrial protective varnishes are transparent or tinted coatings for protecting metal, wood, and concrete from corrosion, moisture, and UV. Polyurethane types: elasticity, weather resistance, gloss. Epoxy types: chemical resistance, hardness. Alkyd types: universal, fast-drying. Thickness 20–60 µm. For electrical insulation of printed circuit boards — conformal coatings (acrylic, polyurethane, silicone). GOST 9825-73. Cans, buckets, aerosols. Conformal varnishes for electronics: acrylic (IPC AR) — easily repairable; polyurethane (IPC UR) — chemical resistance; silicone (IPC SR) — temperature range -65…+200°C. Application: selective spraying, dipping, brush. Thickness 25–75 µm. Standard IPC-CC-830. Documentation: TDS, MSDS, CoA. Packaging: cans 1–5 l, aerosols.
