Compound feed for cattle is a concentrated feed mixture designed to supplement roughage and succulent feed. Protein content 14–19%, metabolizable energy 10.5–12 MJ/kg. Formulations: KK-60 (for dairy cows), KK-62 (for fattening young stock), KK-63 (for calves). GOST 9268-2015. Available in mash or pelleted form. This complete feed is a ready-made mixture providing 100% of the animal's requirements for nutrients, energy, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Composition: cereals (wheat, barley, corn) 50–70%, protein components (soybean meal, sunflower meal) 15–25%, fats 2–5%, premix 0.5–1%, amino acids, enzymes, coccidiostats (for poultry). Production process: dosing → grinding with a hammer mill → mixing in a horizontal mixer (3–5 min) → pelleting in a pellet press (temperature 70–85°C) → cooling → sieving → packaging. Pellet sizes: 3 mm (poultry), 5 mm (pigs), 8 mm (cattle). Storage: dry warehouses, temperature ≤25°C, humidity ≤75%. Shelf life 3–6 months. Documentation: veterinary certificate (FGIS 'Mercury'), quality protocol, formulation.
