Technologies: laser/plasma cutting, bending on a press brake (up to 12 mm), MIG/MAG (semi-automatic) and manual arc welding (MMA), drilling, threading. Anti-corrosion treatment: GF-021 primer (for interior applications) or hot-dip galvanizing (exterior). 09G2S is a high-strength low-alloy steel (σв ≥490 MPa), frost-resistant down to −70°C. For critical structures. Applications: construction embedded parts, service platforms, ladders, pipeline brackets, hangers, canopies, ventilation frames. Design according to SP 16.13330. Quality control: visual inspection (VT), ultrasonic testing (UT) for critical joints. Lead time 1–4 weeks. Delivery with material certificate and weld inspection report.
