Beta-glucans 3–5% (soluble fiber — cholesterol reduction), protein 10–12%, fiber 2–3%, vitamins B1, B2, PP, iron, phosphorus. Mild nutty flavor. Caloric value 315 kcal/100 g. Application: porridge, muesli, granola, baking (texture additive), breading. Economical alternative to oat flakes with similar beta-glucan and dietary fiber content. Contains gluten — not suitable for celiac disease. Manufacturer's TU. Moisture ≤13%. Packaging: bags 400–500 g, sacks 10–25 kg. Storage: dry ventilated warehouses, shelf life 10–12 months.
