PLATFORM TERMS OF USE
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the procedure for accessing and using the G2R Platform.
1.2. The G2R Platform is a digital environment for organizing and supporting trade and business operations.
1.3. By using the platform, the user confirms that they:
• have read these Terms
• understand their content
• accept them
2. Purpose of the Platform
2.1. The platform is intended for:
• reviewing trade areas and offers
• submitting requests for the supply of goods or services
• receiving preliminary decisions and calculations
• initiating further interaction
2.2. The platform functions as:
a system for organizing and supporting trade operations involving an operator and a network of performers
2.3. The platform is not a classic marketplace and does not imply automatic conclusion of a transaction at the stage of using these Terms.
3. Interaction Model
3.1. The user is entitled to:
• view information on the platform
• select areas of interest
• submit requests
3.2. After receiving a request, the operator may:
• contact the user
• clarify the request parameters
• suggest possible solutions
3.3. At this stage:
the interaction is preliminary in nature and does not create obligations to conclude a transaction
3.4. If the user is interested in further interaction:
separate Execution Terms may apply
4. Registration and Data
4.1. To use certain functions of the platform, the user may provide contact and other data.
4.2. The user undertakes to provide accurate information.
4.3. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Communication
5.1. The user agrees to receive messages from the operator related to:
• clarifying the request
• proposing solutions
• organizing interaction
6. Limitation of Functionality at the Entry Stage
6.1. Use of the platform at this stage does not imply:
• conclusion of a transaction
• incurrence of payment obligations
• acquisition of goods or services
6.2. All such actions are possible only at subsequent stages of interaction.
7. Role of the Operator
7.1. Within the platform, the operator:
• reviews user requests
• arranges further processing
• may formulate offers
7.2. Detailed terms of interaction with the operator:
are determined at the next stage and are governed by separate Execution Terms
8. Liability
8.1. The platform provides access to functionality for interaction and submission of requests.
8.2. At this stage, the operator does not assume obligations for organizing the transaction or supplying goods.
9. Amendments to the Terms
9.1. These Terms may be amended.
9.2. The current version is published on the platform.
