Since foreign bank cards generally do not work in Russia, Ozon Bank has started issuing debit cards for foreign citizens. Citizens of more than 90 countries can apply for the card, including China, Turkey, the UAE, all EAEU countries, and many others. To obtain the card, applicants need a passport and documents confirming legal stay in Russia. Avito — Excellent for Finding Suppliers, but Not for Foreign Purchases
